The production of a bunch with homogenized binder
The filler is being overrolled with homogenized binder and this
semi manufactured article is called bunch.

Overrolling
The bunch with homogenized binder is being wrapped with a natural leaf and
becomes then a complete cigar. Or the bunch with homogenized binder is being wrapped with a homogenized
tobacco leaf and becomes a complete cigar.

Bobbinizing
Die-cutting of the binder and wrapper leaves which differ per cigar shape,
after which they are being put onto the carrier material and rolled up as
bobbins.

Overrolling
In the cigar factory the bobbins with wrapper leaves are being unwound and
wrapped around the bunch. In this way the bunch becomes a complete cigar.
